Road was passable this time but 2nd attempt this year was foiled again

Very high winds down the chute, ominous clouds and some drops didn't bode well

Fuzzy friend on the trail
Just a rock
The route is up the cleft
Even in sheltered area the wind was whippingbranches
Ultimately high winds, uncertain weather and raindrops aborted the climb
